Stand-alone sessions that can be used for any needs you have from Q & A, to hands-on interaction and movement to the level you desire. Options include but are not limited to the following:
- Answers to whatever questions you have — all options are on the table, for the length of the scheduled appointment.
- Interviewing our professionals to determine your fit for each other.
- Motivation/Mindset and Clarity
- Education support or recommendations/resources for continued evolution
- General information or a different perspective regarding your specific condition.
- General information on health-related topic of interest (i.e. nutrition/diet, mindset, movement as medicine, lifestyle design, goal achievement, etc.)
- As needed for any new symptoms/presentations, changes, additional support, modifications, treatments, education and minor symptom management
- Clarification/Modifications to recommendations as you progress
- Next steps to achieve any new goals
