A  4 week, 1 hour long, intimate class setting, rich with personal attention, to regain connection and strengthen the pelvic region and core. There is no denying that pregnancy can challenge the integrity of your pelvic floor and core. Whether you’re six weeks, six months or six years postpartum, rediscover your pelvic floor health and regain core strength with a specialized program designed by Merz/Embody Health and Performance Physiocoach, Christopher Warden, and taught by mother of two and our functional wellness coach, Sara Warden. Our six-week intensive combines education and strengthening exercises, and includes a home program to accelerate your progress. Say good-bye to pelvic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, diastisis recti or incontinence, and experience a renewed connection with your core. Join our small group sessions for individuated attention and tailored care to meet your specific needs. Maximum 6 people per class. 

Babies 9 months and younger are welcome to join their moms for this class!

Please have received clearance from your doctor or midwife to begin exercise post birth, before joining our class.
