You may have “graduated” from physical therapy or you’re trying to prevent an injury that might send you there. Either way you’re seeking continued guidance and support of a physical therapist to get the most out of your active lifestyle. With a principal-based program designed and taught by Embody’s owner and physiocoach, Dr. Christopher Warden, you’ll increase mobility and strengthen your body in a motivating and supportive class environment.
